Spring Activities



Spring is here so get up and go outside!!! The best part about the weather getting warmer, is that their are many more ways to get some exercise and stay active without actually feeling like your exercising. Take some time away from the everyday gym rountine and fill your weekends with outdoor activities such as:
~Biking
~Tennis
~Hiking
~Walking/Jogging
~Roller Blading
~Swimming
**Just go outside and be creative!...Even gardening and mowing the lawn are forms of exercise so.....GET UP AND MOVE!
