1.General information on assigned country such as location, map, special products and agricultural products.
2. Include special foods of the country, cooking terms, unique ingredients, dining and table setting, typical meals served daily, main meal of the day, food customs and holidays.
3. Give one recipe from the country, including title, ingredients, and directions. You may make a sample of this recipe at home to share with class during oral presentation, or you may bring in a product from the country.
4. Needs to be typed or hand written neatly. Design a cover sheet with your name and class period. Do not forget a map. Powerpoint presentations are welcome!
5. Oral presentation are required and should be approximately 5 minutes long.
